The Sanctuary B&B retreat is a Cape-Cod style home situated in three acres of beautifully-landscaped grounds. Whether you like hiking, golf, horseback riding, snowmobiling, skiing, fishing or a romantic boat cruise on Lake Scugog, we are only minutes away.

Amenities include wieles internet in all rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, work-out room, swimming pool, satelite TV, DVDs, pool room, sun rooms, two guest lounges and very comfortable bedrooms. The Sanctuary is perfect for a personal retreat or for group retreats.

We are only 15 minutes from Lake Scugog and historic Port Perry, and one hour from Toronto.

  One self contained apartment/suite is available. Can sleep four people. The suite has one queen bedroom, full kitchen, private bathroom, living room with futon. Satelite TV, DVD player, telephone and internet connection.

• Lunch is available by special request for $CAD 15

  A full English breakfast includes two eggs, bacon, sausage, home fried potatoes, baked beans, fried tomato, toast and coffee.

Policies

• No minimum stay required
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smoking is allowed on the porch, in gazebos and on decks)
• We cannot accommodate guest pets (No pets allowed)
• Children are welcome
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Guests may bring alchohol for their own consumption)
• Deposit amount required (Ten percent of total bill required when booking accomodation.)
• Check in time is 3.00p.m.-10p.m. and Check out time is 10:30 p.m.
• Cancellations:
  Full refund of deposit will be given up to 72 hours of arrival date. No refund of deposit after this period.
