General InformationFormerly the Jackson’s Perkins Rose Company Estate this historic 1840’s Tudor is gracefully poised on a park-like setting, which includes formal gardens and woodlands. Located two blocks from the Eire Canal in the New York Finger Lakes region, just minutes from Rochester, Syracuse, wine trails, ski resorts, apple farms, outlet shopping, the Women's Rights National Historic Park, the birthplace of Mormon religion and many more attractions. Tastefully furnished with antiques, each of our three guestrooms has a view of the gardens and its own distinctive feel to make your stay with us a memorable one.

- Check in time is 3:00 pm - 7 pm and Check out time is 11 am
- Cancellations:
Our cancellation policy is 10 days. Should you have to cancel after the deadline date (10 days), we will make every effort to re-book your room. If we are unable to re-book the room, you will be responsible for payment of your reservaton in full. This cancellation must be done by phone, not left on the answering machine or through email. A cancellation number will be given. If a guest cancels less than ten days before their stay, they are reponsible for the cost of staying one night for each room reserved. If the stay is not cancelled and the guest fails to appear, we will charge their their card for the entire stay.
