For cancellations made LESS THAN 15 days in advance, a full refund will be provided less a $35 handling fee per room, PROVIDING WE CAN REBOOK YOUR ROOM TO ANOTHER GUEST. CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL, REGULAR MAIL OR VOICEMAIL. Only calls made personally to the innkeepers will be recognized for cancellation.
