Victorian home with charming fireplaces, overlooking St. George, Verezzano Bridge, and Manhattan. Convenient and close to stores, restaurants. 2 blocks from the ferry to downtown Manhattan, and St. George Ballpark Staten Island Yankees. 2 private floors each with own 2 bedrooms and bath, upper floor has a skylight bath and view of Verezzano bridge.
