  • Deposit amount required (A deposit equal to one night stay or 50% of cost of stay whichever is greater.)
  • Check in time is 4PM and Check out time is 11AM
  • Cancellations:
    # Full refund if more than 30 days notice is given. # 50% refund if more than 14 days notice is given. # No refund for cancellation within 14 days prior to first reservation stay. # Stays shortened without 14 days notice will be charged in accordance with cancellation policy.

Just past Belleayre Mountain, exit at Fleischmanns. Follow Main Street to Halcott Road, fourth right, immediately after the Delaware Motor Court, make a sharp right, hairpin-turn onto Halcott Road/Breezy Hill Road. Stay left at the fork, Breezy Hill Road, and continue 9/10 of a mile to 835 Breezy Hill. The inn's driveway is on the first left after the first red barn. Travel time: 2½ hours from midtown Manhattan
