Artichoke Dip
Total preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 20Ingredients:
- 14 oz can drained Canned Artichoke Hearts
- small jar drained Marinated Artichoke Hearts
- 1/2 cup Mayonaise
- 4 oz drained chopped green chilies
- 1/4 cup diced pimento or roasted red pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Steps:
- Reserve Pimento. Mix all ingredients in food processor until blended. Stir in pimento. Put into small 1 1/2 quart baking dish.Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese. If making ahead,. cover and refrigerate now.
- Bake uncovered 350 for 30 minutes. Serves 20
Can put into smaller dishes for fewer guests.
