French Coconut Pie

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 oz can shredded coconut
- 1 cup milk
- 1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter; add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake until firm, about 45 to 60 minutes.
