Apple Hill Inn offers its guests the ultimate in hospitality. From the time you arrive until the time you depart your experience is Vermont at its very best. Bev and Andy are truly enjoying the intimacy of this smaller bed and breakfast after successfully running a larger established one for 15 years.

The charm of this Inn is the location high on a hill in the Green Mountains, overlooking the serpentine Ottaquechee River and waterfalls to as far as Mt. Smarts, 30 miles away in New Hampshire. It is a remote and pastoral location yet is completely convenient to all the area’s attractions. Apple Hill Inn is a bed and breakfast with a view as spectacular as its impeccable accommodations. Guests can visit with the owners enjoying an exchange of stories and humor, and as former guests have suggested, it is "a place to have privacy and is a romantic and intimate inn” as well.

  If you should need to cancel, we will be happy to refund your deposit provided 5 days notice is given. With less than 5 days notice, your deposit will be applied to a future stay or refunded if we are able to rebook your room.
