Join us in our 1836 Sea Captain's home in Historic Winterport, Maine. Travel back in time in our elegant 1800's Victorian Parlor and bask by the fire on those cool Maine evenings. Enjoy your full, homemade candlelight breakfast in our Sunroom. Our beautifully decorated bedrooms offer queen size beds, private baths, air conditioning and high speed Internet access.

From seeking adventure, to married couples enjoying a romantic getaway, it's a refreshing haven of escape. Tour our Canoe and Kayak Shop and experience firsthand the beautiful artwork of handmade woodstrip canoes or kayaks. We also have a Gift/Antique shop on premises.

  • Limitations on children staying (Please contact us regarding children less than 8 yrs. old.)
  • No childcare is provided
  • Deposit amount required (A two night deposit required on reservations for three to five nights. Deposit equal to half the amount required for longer stays.)
  • Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 10 am
  • Cancellations:
    Refunds are honored in full less a $15. processing fee if cancellations are made two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 7 days from the scheduled check-in time for 1-3 days will be charged one nights stay; Cancellations made less than 14 days from the scheduled check-in time for a booking of 4 or more days will be charged 1/2 of the full stay if we are unable to re-book the room. We do not refund for an early departure.
