Located 10 minutes from International Airport, 5 minutes from downtown Richmond, 15 minutes to Ferry Terminals (Victoria, Vancouver Island, and Gulf Island), and only 5 minutes from downtown Vancouver.
Historic Steveston, a fishing village in Richmond is just 5 minutes down the road.

• We cannot accommodate guest pets (We have pets, Coco (Toy Poodle) Peanut (miniature Schnauzer)
• Children are welcome (We book Lotus suite only, for family with children)
• No childcare is provided (We regret that we cannot look after children)
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Excessive drinking not permitted.)
• Deposit amount required (We require one night deposit to guarantee your reservation. Deposit is payable in CAD funds to 'Zeljka Novak' by Paypal)
• Check in time is 3:00-6:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
• Cancellations:
  Deposit is refundable up to 15 days prior to the reserved dates. However, a $25 administrative service fee per room, will be charged for all cancellations. Deposit is non-refundable within 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
