General InformationSit in high back rockers and soak in the magnificent sunsets over the Mississippi River, return to a gentler time inside in the exquisite double parlour or relax on the back verandah with lemonade and enjoy the lush gardens and incredible crepe myrtles. Atop a bluff overlooking the Mississippi Valley, The Corners was built with love in 1873 as a wedding gift to the oldest daughter of John and Elizabeth Klein, Susan Klein when she married Issac Bonham in 1872. The 68 foot front gallery has the symbols of love and marriage carved in its "Vicksburg" pierced columns. Our views of the rivers are the best and most expansive of any B&B in Vicksburg. Herb Phillips, the freelance travel writer gave The Corners the honor of "The Best B&B in the World".
