General Information FOR RESERVATIONS, CALL:972-697-6067 GUEST WHO BOOK ANY TWO ROOMS IN OUR PLACE WILL HAVE THE ENTIRE HOUSE TO THEMSELVES PRIVATELY! WE WILL NOT BOOK ANYBODY ELSE DURING YOUR STAY. Hello! My name is Alla and I would like to invite you to my home for unique stay and an excellent hot breakfast. Everything is made from scratch and being raised on the farm in Europe, I know how to prepare the best. My vintage home is all brick with a wraparound porch built in the 1920's and has a Texas historical marker in the front yard. The three bedrooms are furnished with vintage furniture where two of the bedrooms have private keyed entrances from the porch as well as the hallway. Wine or beverage is served with hors d'oeuvre s upon arrival to help you unwind and relax. There is wireless DSL, TV, and DVD in each room, and laundry service in home is available. Smoking is allowed on the porch. For supper, fine dining is available close by or for an additional charge, dinner can be prepared for you at home. Downtown Dallas is only 15 minutes away and Arlington (Six Flags Over Texas) and Grand Prairie (Museums) are within 20 minutes. Fresh cut vegetables, soft drinks, and tea is included with meal. Price for meal service is $35.00/person.

- Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smoking allowed on porch or backyard)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets (We can't accomidate pets.)
- Limitations on children staying (Must be at least 8 years old and be manageable.)
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required (Credit card number required to place a reservation. Charge made upon arrival. Please, no walk-ins. Rooms must be reserved 48 hours prior to arrival with no cancellation allowed in this period.)
- Check in time is 3:30PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
- Cancellations:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and please allow at least 10 days notice prior to scheduled day of arrival for any cancellation. If cancellation is made in less than 10 days, 50% will be charged for the first night room(s) reserved. Discounts available:
