Sistah Gwen's Grateful Grapes

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- a bag of green seedless grapes
- a bag of red or black seedless grapes
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 8 oz. dairy sour cream
- 1/2 - 1 c. light brown sugar
Steps:
- Clean the grapes with vegetable spray to remove all chemical residue AND to brighten the color. Rinse and drain dry. If the grapes are small, use whole. If the grapes are very large, slice in half or you can combine sliced/unsliced grapes for an interesting texture.
- Mix sour cream, cream cheese and brown sugar together. Add grapes to about 1/2 to 3/4 of the sour cream mixture. Blend well. Top with a dollop of cream cheese mixture, raw sugar, and chocolate mint.
This is so easy and so good. The sour cream mixture stays VERY fresh for up to 2 weeks if well refrigerated...so you can make it ahead and "just add grapes"! Sistah Gwen makes good grapes! Sistah hugs!
