Mandarin Orange Party Dip

Serves: 10Ingredients:
- 8 oz. package softened cream cheese
- 8 oz. dairy sour cream
- 8 oz. drained, rinsed mandarin oranges
- 4 oz. toasted shredded coconut
- 1 Tbsp. finely shredded lime peel
Steps:
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream with electric mixer until smooth.
- Toast coconut in a heavy pan until it releases its fragrance and is a light golden color. Cool for about 10 minutes.
- Add mandarin oranges, toasted coconut, and lime peel to cream cheese mixture and blend until evenly mixed. Garnish with a mandarin orange, lime and a little toasted coconut.
Serve with tea crackers.
