Chocolate Dipped Apricots (or any dried fruit)
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate
- 24 pieces of dried fruit (apricots are nice, but other dried fruits work just as well)
- 1 T. chopped pistachios
Steps:
- Microwave chocolate (about 2 minutes, stirring half way is about all it takes). Dip the dried fruit half way into the chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip off. Place fruit onto wax paper. Sprinkle with chopped pistachio. Refrigerate until chocolate sets. Elegant and EASY!!
