Whole Lemon Pie

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 1 whole large lemon, seeded and chopped, including peel
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 whole eggs
- purchased pie shell
- whipped cream
Steps:
- Put the lemon, butter, sugar, and eggs through a food processor.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let rest for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
- This lemon pie really makes your mouth happy!! Great spring/summer dessert.
