Pret-a-Parfaits with Yogurt, Fresh Berries, Golden Raisins, and Honey
Total preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt (lowfat or regular)
- 3 cups assorted fresh berries: strawberries/blueberries/blackberries/raspberries
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 4 T. honey
Steps:
- In 8 tall, clear glasses, layer 1 cup yogurt, half the berries, half the raisins and a drizzle of honey.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Top with drizzle of honey, and purchased Butter Toffee Almonds.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
