Chilled Overnight Oats w. Rasperries/Granny Smith Apples and Yogurt

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- 1 cup Milk/Soy Milk is great, too!
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 Granny Smith Apple, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1/4 cup Golden Raisins
- 1/4 cup Butter Toffee Almonds
- 1 cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Raspberry Jam/Syrup
Steps:
- The night before serving, combine oats, apple juice, milk/or soy milk, cinnamon, and honey. Refrigerate over night. Stir two or three times when you open the refrigerator for a smoother oats' mix.
- Upon arising in morning, divide the chilled oats' mixture into 4-6 parfait glasses, or, if for children, solid low glass tumblers.
- Top chilled oats with yogurt.
- Top yogurt with chopped Granny Smith apples, Golden Raisins, and Rasperries.
- Garnish with Butter Toffee Almonds, and a TINY dollop of Raspberry Jam or Raspberry Syrup (optional)
