  Cancellations and changes to reservations require 14-30 days notice and $50 - $100 processing fee (depending on length of reservation). Refunds or credits will not be made for early departures.

  On 580 heading west exit toward Richmond Parkway/Pt. Richmond. Take the Castro street ramp toward Pt. Richmond. At the signal light take a left onto Castro Street. Go under the overpass through the signal light and take an immediate right on to Tewksbury Ave. Follow Tewksbury up the hill to the stop sign. At the stop sign take a left on Vacca. As the hill flattens you'll see a blue house on the left corner take that left on the upper part of West Richmond. The street is very narrow. However, your car or truck will pass through. I am the 3rd house on the right. 527 West Richmond it is the brown shingle with white trim. The easiest way to bring luggage up is to use the ramp next door to the right of the house. Follow the path to the upper deck area. I am in the upper flat. The Casita is located in the back where you will enjoy beautiful views. See you soon.
