  Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, notification is required 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Alderhouse will refund a reservation deposit for cancellations made within the required 7 days. For cancellations with less than 7 days to arrival date, a refund will be issued only if the accommodations can be rebooked for those cancelled days.

  Alderhouse is approximately 1 mile south of the Ketchikan Airport Ferry terminal along Tongass Highway. We are just up the hill, across Tongass Highway, from the Alaska Marine Highway and Inter-Island Ferry terminals appx. 1/8 of a mile. From Tongass Highway turn right onto Bryant Street, just before cresting the hill turn right onto Alder Street. Alderhouse Bed and Breakfast is the second to the last house on the right hand side of Alder Street. Look for the Welcome flag.

  Your Hostess is a lifelong resident of Southeast Alaska, was born and raised in the Ketchikan area and is Alaska Native. She has traveled extensively throughout the United States and Europe so she understands what you are looking for in bed and breakfast accomodations. She also enjoys quilting and cooking.
