The Bootstrap at Round Top is a charming, newly restored Texas farm house situated on eighteen peaceful, rolling acres only minutes from Round Top, Warrenton, and Fayette Lake.

Original pine plank flooring, beaded woodwork and restoration glass windows compliment this late 19th century Saltbox house, tastefully decorated with a Texas flare.

A spacious covered porch with wicker rockers overlook a stocked 1.5 acre pond with a shaded flagstone patio, garden arbors and mature oaks.

The entire property may be reserved for your private use with a two night minimum stay.

    Cancellation Policy: 2 week notice for full refund with the exception of stays during Antique Festival in October and April, MS 150, and other special occasions. One month advance notice for cancellation required to receive full refund during any Holidays, Antique Festival, and MS 150.
