    Reservation Policy

    • Check in: 4:pm to 7: pm    Check out: 11:am

    • Minimum stay: Two nights week-ends, three nights holidays, no minimum M-Th nights.

    • Deposit amount required: 50% of total stay; minimum one night, plus applicable charges and taxes. One-night reservations require full advance payment. Packages added to deposit.

    • Cancellations: Our goal is to provide the ultimate in service to our guests. While we would like to be able to accept any cancellation at any time, it is not always possible for an Inn to do so. We will gladly process a cancellation for you, as long as your request comes (and is acknowledged by us) a minimum of ten (10) full days before the scheduled check-in. There is a $25.00 fee to process any cancellation. If advance cancellation is not possible, we will attempt to rebook your reserved room. However, if it is not rebooked, you will be charged the full amount of your guaranteed stay (each day reserved) less any day during your scheduled stay that is rebooked. If it is rebooked, we still retain $25.00 from your original deposit to cover the costs of rebooking the room. No shows and/or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Holiday weekend reservations or group and special event reservation bookings of three or more rooms and use of meeting space require 30 days' cancellation notice. Reservations made less than five days in advance of arrival cannot be canceled.

    Rosalie's cooking, known among friends and colleagues in the Washington, DC area as having "that Rosalie touch" brings her attention to culinary detail to the Pennsylvania countryside. She provides a variety of wonderful gourmet dishes that create a full complimentary breakfast that all our guests enjoy. She also creates homemade treats (such as wonderful cookies and succulent sweet breads) that are set out on the coffee bar for those afternoon or midnight snack cravings. Every detail, from select coffee and tea to the main breakfast course to garnishes are carefully thought out. You will enjoy the Inn's place settings and table linins, reminiscent of the Mission Era. Future plans include cooking classes with well known chefs, so be sure to watch for our winter cooking weekends!

    This place is a little slice of heaven on earth. Annville Inn is fantastic, exceptionally clean, luxurious, close to everything Hershey. The gourmet candlelit breakfasts were to die for. A very peaceful, quite, relaxing, romantic place to get a way for a bit. My wife and I have been here 3 times now, we will be coming back at least once a year for a very long time. This is our favorite getaway retreat. Perfect for wedding anniversaries. No need to look at other B&B when this one has it all. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

    My wife and i chose Annville Inn for a quick 30 year wedding anniversary get away. I had experienced B&B,s in Europe but it was my wife's first experience and we really enjoyed Annville Inn. Unfortunately Rosalie was away tending to a family illness but Craig and staff made us feel like family. The attention to detail, food and hospitality were excellent. Additionally, we did a photo session with Craig and his energy and humor made us more comfortable than any other photographer we've ever used. Overall a great experience and we look forward to returning soon.

    What an amazing pleasurable stay. The hosts were personable, food was incredible and the room was comforable and extremely clean. They also had a game room and theater room as well as beautiful property, with a pool.

    I have stayed with Rosalie and Craig three times now. This B & B is around the corner from an annual Thanksgiving reunion I attend. Besides being convenient, it is the loveliest, most entertaining spot! I feel as though I am visiting a rich cousin every time I stay. Rosalie is an entirely charming hostess, and a fabulous cook.     We spent 4 wonderful days at the Annville Inn. The owners, Rosalie and Craig, ensured our stay was everything we desired. The food was outstanding; Rosalie is a great chef! Craig, the garden creator and caretaker, has made the gardens a place we could relax in and enjoy the scenery, including the area surrounding the Inn. Our room was exquisite; the view from our terrace fabulous! It was our 46th anniversary, and they made it a weekend to remember always!!
