Blueberry Scones

Serves: 12Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cup Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 5 tablespoons Unsalted Butter (cold, cut into small dice)
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- pinch Lemon Zest
- pinch Orange Zest
- 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Cut butter pieces into flour mixture using a pastry blender, two knives, or your hands. Add remaining ingredients and mix by hand until just incorporated; do not over mix the dough.
- Roll out to a thickness of 1/3 inch and cut into 4 inch squares. Cut each square into 2 triangles.
- Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
