General Information

Formerly known as the Dewey Hannah House, the Inn at Packers Falls B&B has undergone a dramatic transformation. The 1760 colonial building has been moved onto a new foundation! We now have two front yards, and better views of the Lamprey River and surrounding grounds. Our parking is convenient and guest access welcoming as never before. We continue to hear how quiet it is. "A real retreat for a good sleep."

• Minimum stay required (Certain special holidays, minimum 2 or 3 nights.)
• Smoking is not allowed (We insist on non-smokers only. Thank you!)
• Limited accommodations for guest pets (By request and in certain rooms. Pet must not be left alone)
• Accommodations are not suitable for children (We are not child proof.)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (We can provide set-ups.)
• Deposit amount required (Request a deposit by mail equal to one night stay.)
• Closed: January through April
• Check in time is ETA requested - and Check out time is not specified
• Cancellations:
  As a rule, no restrictions for full refund, except last minute on big weekends. If vacancy is filled, full refund.
