Enchanting, award winning, Cape Cod seaside Inn, circa 1810. English gardens, romantic setting where you will enjoy comfort and relaxation, amazing gourmet breakfasts, delightful guestrooms and gracious New England hospitality –near the sea and all Cape Cod attractions. Tucked into a pocket of pristine woods and colorful perennial gardens along scenic Rt. 6A, in historic West Barnstable, Massachusetts, the Inn is near to the beach, ferries for Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket and is an easy one hour drive to Boston or Providence. All guest rooms have private baths with Asquith and Somerset amenities, hairdryers, individual controls for heat and air conditioning, featherbeds, LCD TVs, and wireless internet access. Fresh-cut flowers in every room, many grown in our own gardens. Rates include use of our hot tub/spa, bicycles, complimentary soft drinks, wines, liqueurs and other refreshments, plus a four course gourmet breakfast each morning.

- Cancellations:
Deposits are refundable, less a $25 handling fee, for cancellations received at least 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be made by telephone directly to the innkeepers. For notices of cancellation received within 21 days of the arrival date, deposits will be refunded, less the $25 fee --only if the room can be rebooked for the entire reservation. In addition, you are responsible for each unrented night up to the full cost of the reservation. - Accepted by the following agencies:
