Egg Sausage Cassarole

Serves: 6Ingredients:
- 10 Eggs
- 1 lb Sausage
- 1 1/2 cups Cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
- to taste Salt & Pepper
- 1/2 tablespoons Onion Powder
Steps:
- Cook & Drain Sausage & let it cool
- Whip Eggs really well, add cheese, milk, salt & pepper & onion powder --- continue to whip again
- Add in sausage & mix well
- Pam casserole dish & pour in mixture. Cook at 350 for 40 minutes or until set
