  • Cancellations:
    Either party may cancel the rental up to 60 days prior to the arrival date. There is a $150 administration fee if you cancel your reservation in whole or part. In addition, if you cancel the rental in whole or in part on shorter notice than 60 days, and if we are unable to re-book the property for all or part of your confirmed stay at the same rate, the full applicable rate will be charged for those days. We will retain any Rent Deposit as liquidated damages as required to pay such applicable rate. There is no rent refund for an early departure.
