Least expensive romm ($129). Comfortable, beautifully furnished. Breakfast offered a hugh variety of things to eat. Everything was wonderful. Thursday, Farmer's Market was happening, too.

My husband and I traveled to SLO during the week and didn't have a reservation. We stumbled upon San Luis Creek Lodge and loved every minute we spent there. We stayed in the Craftsman style suite. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in the area.

We just wanted to thank you for such a wonderful experience. We stayed at your beautiful lodge for the first time for 3 nights the weekend of July 18th. We stayed in the "Plantation" in room 622. Wow, what a treat! It was beautiful! Everything about it was so comfortable and at the same time made us feel so special. All of your employees were very nice and welcoming. The continential breakfast was all you could ask for and more, what a treat, it was delicious! What a beautiful lodge in a gorgeous area! Thank you again for a very pleasant experience!

The room we had was great, but that's about it. My wife and I have been to several B&B's and this one is probably the lowest one on the list. The staff was friendly, but there are a few things we were disappointed with. 1. They don't accept the bedandbreakfast.com gift cards. 2. The breakfast served wasn't all that great. "Made to order eggs" proved to be a small plate of scrambled eggs. Every B&B we've been to, the breakfast has always been a buffet style affair. Having the eggs cooked to order just limited how much you could eat. for $300/night, I'd expect much better dining. The fruit and dessert weren't anything spectacular. 3.The room we had was supposed to be one of the best. It was very nicely furnished, but the walls are kind of thin. We could hear the people upstairs.
