    • Cancellations less than 30 days will be charged the full rate for the entire stay that has been booked, unless the room or rooms are booked and paid in full by other guests. • Cancellations earlier than 30 days will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 handling fee. • Cancellations need to be made by phone, person to person. Please note phone messages or email cancellations are not acceptable
