The guest rooms are very nice, glad that each had a separate bathroom. The common area is small but nice. The owners were friendly and the breakfast was great.

The Edward Howard Room features a king bed, sitting area with four season fireplace, antique armoire, and a private bath with a large shower. This spacious room includes a ceiling fan, cable television with DVD player, wireless internet and a pull out loveseat to accomodate a third guest.The Garden Room, with a private entrance, has a queen bed, private bath with a shower and a one person jetted tub. Enjoy breakfast in your room as you view the gardens and the Maumee River. Wireless internet is also included.
The Ruth Thomas Room features a queen bed, an antique twin bed, and a private bath with a large shower. It includes cable television with DVD player, and wireless internet.Stroll the towpath along the Maumee River for beautiful sunset views, or sit on the swings to enjoy the wildlife.
The Te Na Beek Room is furnished with a full bed, antique marble top dresser, chair, TV with DVD player and cable. It also has a private bath. It is our smallest room and perfect for a single guest. Our cozy common room is the perfect place for a full delicious breakfast before your morning walk along the towpath and canal. The common room also has a TV with cable, DVD and VCR. Complimentary snacks and beverages are always available.
You never know who you may meet at The Mill House.  General Grant and his beautiful wife, Julia, stay at The Mill House during Grand Rapid's Applebutter Festival in October!Practice your canoe and kayaking skills in the canal behind The Mill House.  Rentals are available at River Lures in Grand Rapids.
