General Information

The Mill House, in a converted steam powered flour mill built in 1898, is located on the Sidecut-Gilead Canal overlooking the Maumee, one of Ohio's scenic rivers. We offer time honored hospitality, a welcome change from the rest of our fast paced world. We are just a two minute walk from all of Grand Rapids interesting collection of shops, restaurants and historic buildings. Providence Dam, Mary Jane Thurston State Park, The Butterfly House, Isaac Ludwig Mill and mule drawn canal boat are within a few minutes of The Mill House.

Pastors- The Mill House offers a place of rest and renewal for pastors and their spouses. Special rates for pastors are offered both during the week and on the weekends. Please call or e-mail us for details.
