Located in the secluded woods, yet only minutes from Historical Downtown Branson, Branson Landing and the main Branson strip (Hwy 76). Gaines Landing Bed and Breakfast features three suites with luxurious private hot tubs, all which are located at poolside, over looking Roark Creek. Located close to all the main attractions and yet has the feeling of being in the secluded woods of the Ozarks.

• Deposit amount required (One night's rate in advance to hold your reservation.)
• Check in time is 4:00 - 8:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am
• Cancellations:
  In case of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded up to seven days notice, less a $20 service charge. Less than seven days notice results in a 50% forfeiture (one-half the cost of all nights reserved). Same day cancellations and "no-show" will be charged at 100% of their Reservation, unless they can be rebooked.

Turn Right over the highway, towards downtown Branson. Get in the left lane and make the 1st left at 6th St. You will dead end right at our driveway. ---------------------------------------------- Coming from Harrison Ark.: Take Highway 65 north (approximately 20 miles). You will go through a town called Hollister and then the highway will turn into a 4 lane highway just as you go under the train tracks that run through Branson. Get into the right lane and take the first exit into Branson - 76 Country Blvd. Main St. It will put you on 76 Country Blvd. Turn right at the stop sign and make a left at 6th Street. You will dead end right at our driveway.
