General Information

This Italianate Victorian is a water lovers paradise! Just a few nautical miles from Boston’s waterfront, financial and historic districts. Come to Hull from Logan Airport via ferry along tree lined islands to this little peninsula between Boston and Cape Cod. Water Shuttles hourly in and out of the city and Logan International Airport.
This charming waterside inn is located across the street from both the ocean and the bay. It’s located in the heart of Boston’s South Shore’s best restaurants, blues bars, miniature golf, Victorian carousel, and the newly planned marina. Mornings enjoy your first cup of coffee with your feet in the ocean while watching the sunrise.
Enjoy the day by taking in this picturesque convenient location from which to enjoy not only the fabulous restaurants, bars, and art studios, but you can always canoe over to Worlds End and the Weir River Estuary. Take a day to sport fish or long walks on the beach. You can spend the day or two in the City and then take time to see Plymouth Plantation or Cape Cod. On Sundays they have ballroom dancing on the boardwalk with live orchestras. This is a do-not miss.
If it happens to rain on your parade, there is a game room with an antique bowling lane, board games, movies on a large screen TV, or you can cuddle on the hammock or watch the rain from the deck with a good book.
The home was built in 187l by Captain Asa Ransom. During the Ninetieth Century Nantasket beach was the premier resort in New England. The home was purchased in 2002 and totally re-done. So many people loved what the new owner had done, that after many suggestions it was opened to the public as a Private INN.
There is a charming cafe located next door which for years has been the spot for breakfast for Hullonians. It’s owners George and Sally Anastos will make you feel more than welcome with great cooking and fun conversation. The restaurant gives the total flare of the local townspeople here in Hull.
