Blueberry Muffin Pudding

Serves: 8Ingredients:
- 10 Blueberry Muffins
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Steps:
- Crumble left over muffins into a buttered baking dish.
- beat together milk, eggs, sugar, cinammon and vanilla.
- Pour mixture over crumbled muffins.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees until pudding puffs and forms a crust.
- Spoon warm oudding into individual serving dishes and top with whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
