Dine at the famous Inn at Little Washington. Visit award winning Virginia wineries. Gourmet Farm House dinner available. Walk to restaurants, galleries and shops. Long View Gallery, featuring outstanding contemporary artists, is just a stroll away. Savour freshly made breakfast/lunch food, breads and pastries from the Apple Hill Bakery. Enjoy lunch/dinner or Sunday brunch at the Thornton River Grille in Sperryville. Rudy's pizza is excellent!

The House on Water Street is a small, family business. You rent the entire house and are the only guests, whether you a one couple, or a group of six. Therefore, cancellations affect us significantly.
If you cancel your reservation at least fourteen (14) days before your scheduled arrival, we'll be happy to refund your deposit, less a $25 handling fee. If you cancel less than fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival and we are able to re-book your room, we'll also refund your deposit, less a $25 handling fee. We'll make every effort to re-book your room, but in the event we cannot, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation. Discounts available:
