Located in the beautiful community of Water Mill, Southampton, New York, Boxfarm is an historic 1600's colonial farmhouse, offering fine lodging in the heart of the Hamptons. Boxfarm is one of the Hamptons' most romantic inns, the best of the best. The rarity and age of this residence, and architectual significance of the property, have qualified it to be listed with the National Trust for Historic Preseration.

Lovingly restored and beautifully decorated, Boxfarm is one of the Hamptons' most romantic inns with three common rooms, a dining room and country kitchen, six beautiful bedrooms, each with a private bath, and a lovely porch, overlooking the Inn's own swimming pool, all less than one mile from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
