A $25 processing fee will be taken on all cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival and can be applied to any future reservation. Cancellations made fourteen days or less before arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay unless the suite is able to be resold. If the suite is resold, a $25 processing fee will be charged.
