General Information

AAA Approved! The Ranch house was completed in 2006 and celebrates all things Texas. The Texas-themed large suites are beautiful and comfortable. Outdoor "cool tub" with powerful jets under shade tree is soothing. Two suites have whirlpool spas in bedroom. All suites have private ensuite bathrooms with showers, private entrances, individually controlled air, comfortable chairs and great beds! We are registered with the city as a non-smoking facility and cannot accommodate smokers.

Across the street, the charming Craftsman-style cottage was built in 1927 and completely remodeled in 2006. Everybody just loves this place! The rental includes the entire cottage: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining room, office area, washer & dryer.

Television viewing with 160 channels and wireless internet.

We combine Texas history with whimsical amusement. The atmosphere is comfortable and peaceful. You will love the place! There is no place like this place anyplace else! The rooms are great and the rates are wonderful.

Close by you can shop for antiques, get a massage, or enjoy dining. Meeting rooms, wedding chapel, churches, music venues and city parks are available in the neighborhood. The public library, post office, dry cleaners, grocery stores and consignment shops are just a few minutes away. The $13 million indoor city pool and senior-citizens buildings are just 3 blocks away. Board the train at the station only 5 blocks away. It can take you to DFW airport, downtown Dallas, American Airlines Center (the venue for major entertainment), major hospitals, Bell Helicopter, downtown Fort Worth (where you can enjoy great art galleries or visit the Stockyards entertainment area). The train also makes connections with the AMTRAK Train. (But you will not hear the train because Irving has a "quiet zone".) Turn left onto Sixth St. and go 3 blocks to Jefferson St. (Turn at the 'clothes hanger sign of the Centre Cleaners.) We are on the Northeast corner of Jefferson and Sixth Street. At the airport you can catch the bus shuttle to the Trinity Rail Express (except on Sundays, see ww.TrinityRailwayExpress.ORG) Get off at the South Irving Transit Station and walk 5 blocks south on Jefferson Street. We are also convenient to Love Field airport. Turn right on Mockingbird Lane. Go 2.6 miles and turn right onto Irving Blvd. Go 4 miles and turn left onto Jefferson Street (at the Chase Bank Bldg.) Go 4 blocks and we are on the left.
