General InformationThe Hampton House is a two story Colonial Revival built in 1912, has been featured in Southern Living Magazine. The House is surrounded by beautiful gardens live oaks drapped in spanish moss, Camellias, Magnolias and Azaleas are magnificent when in bloom. We are located in the heart of South Carolina's Low Country with easy access to I-95. We offer a wonderful breakfast served in our elegant dinning room or by the pool. Our tennis court is steps from the house, and will be happy to supply balls and rackets. For the Miniaturist and Doll Enthusiast, The Forde Collection is not to be missed, a rare exhibit of 55 Doll Houses, room boxes, toy Kitchens, paper dolls and Antique Dolls all on permanent display.

- Deposit amount required (A deposit of 50% of the cost of the stay will be required
for reservations of two nights or more.
One night reservations require a deposit of full payment.)
- Check in time is 3pm and Check out time is 11am
- Cancellations:
Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full if your cancellation notice is recieved at least seven days prior to your date of arrival.
Cancellations recieved less than seven days prior to scheduled arrival date will require forfeiture of the deposit. - Accepted by the following agencies:

Diane is an Artist and an avid collector of Antique dolls
and Doll houses, Dianes Art Studio is in the house and if
you are interested in seeing her paintings she will gladly
show you. Henry is a craftsman not only a great carpenter
but also works with iron creating furniture designed by both he and his wife. - The innkeepers speak: English
