fully landscaped with large trees, spacious lawns, gardens and patios that are privately fenced. Includes covered parking, free high-speed wireless internet access and desktop computer. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the lavish interior is a taste of the new and old with combinations of granite, marble, rich woods, spectacular furniture, dramatic carpets, high quality bedding and appointments, lovely decor and lush colors throughout. Guests also have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, Sun Room, business and entertainment centers and the beautiful gardens and patios. We are uniquely designed for mature individuals who seek the pampering of an upscale bed and breakfast, while experiencing the access and privacy of a home. Accomodations are available for 1-6 guests.

OPTIONAL: Breakfast may be waived for a $25 discount to standard room rates. Also, discounts are available for multiple room rental or rental of entire house (please contact us for more information or visit our website).

• Deposit amount required (Advanced payment in full is required to secure your reservation.)
• Check in time is 3 pm and Check out time is 11 am
• Cancellations:
  There is a $25 cancellation fee. We must be given a fourteen day or more notice of cancellation before your confirmed arrival date. Refund will be made by check minus $25. If you cancel less than fourteen days prior to your reservation, there will be no refund made. If we are able to re-book the canceled date, then and only then will we refund your money minus $25. If we are unable to rebook, a voucher will be mailed.
