  • Limitations on children staying (The Inn at Half Mile Farm welcomes children over age 12.)
  • No childcare is provided
  • Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Complimentary soda, water, juices available 24 hrs a day)
  • Deposit amount required (First night stay required for deposit. Balance is due upon arrival. October reservations require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon arrival.)
  • Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
  • Cancellations:
    Guest may cancel within 14 days of arrival date and recieve a refund of deposit less $25.00 administration fee. If reservation is cancelled within the 14 day period, deposit is non-refundable. Exception to policy is for October reservations. Reservations during the month of October may cancel prior to September 1st and recieve a refund of deposit less $25.00 administration fee. If reservation is cancelled after September 1st, the deposit is non-refundable.
