  Our cancellation policy for non-holidays is 14 days in advance of the date of arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival date, your security deposit will not be reimbursed. No exceptions. Our cancellation policy for holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Passover, Valentine's Day and July 4) is 30 days in advance of the date of arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, your security deposit will not be reimbursed. No exceptions. The Brand Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to request a guest to meet us at a different location if we can not be available at the selected B&B to distribute keys.
