General Information

This 1890 craftsman style manor home has been restored to classic elegance making it the perfect destination for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, or just a romantic getaway. Enjoy the serenity of the formal parlor with cozy inglenook and bay window or the sweeping views from the second story sunroom which overlook the waterfall and forest. When you stay at Hilltop Manor you will experience palitable delights such as triple berries soaked in Muscat wine over a French vanilla cream, sausage apple quiche, banana walnut waffles and homemade coffee cake or bread. An afternoon snack is also provided with a complimentary glass of wine. Four unique suites all with private baths, some with Jacuzzi tubs and or fireplaces, most with king size bed, as well as, a sitting area and breakfast table are available for your relaxation. Amenities include decadent 1000 thread count sheets, Ralph Lauren towels, fluffy robes and comforters, hardwood and/or ceramic floors, closet, air conditioning, hairdryer, iron/board, cable television, DVD player, and complimentary WIFI. Located on a 5.5 acre estate which borders the National Park Forest on scenic 7 byway close to bathhouse row, Magic Springs, Convention Center, numerous antique shops, the Ouachita Mountains, and extensive hiking and horseback trails. Since we border the National Park Forest and is outstanding for adventurous hikers or bird watching, there are also numerous nearby lakes which offer a host of outdoor activities to choose from. We are here so that you can relax.

To Receive our specials you must mention the special when you reserve your suite. The specials are not available on reservations that have already been booked.

• Minimum stay required (2 Night Minimum on Friday & Saturday - We do allow last minute one night stays.)
• Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smoking in rooms will result in a $200 cleaning charge.)
• We cannot accommodate guest pets (Kennel accommodations are available nearby.)
• Limitations on children staying (Children must be 12 or older)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Complimentary beverage with afternoon snack)
• Deposit amount required (Deposit of one nights lodging or 50% of your total lodging is required to hold the room (whichever is greater).)
• Check in time is 3:00 - 5:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
• Cancellations:
  Deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 14 days in advance of your first nights stay, or if your room is rebooked. However, there will be a $15. service fee for cancellations. If the cancellation is made less then 14 days prior to the first nights stay and we are unable to rebook the room you are responsible for the cost of the entire stay. This does apply even if the reservation is made less then 14 days prior to the first nights stay.

  We both enjoy traveling and meeting new people. Faith also likes to spend time experimenting with new recipes and planning the massive landscape project that 5.5 acres requires. Bob is in medical sales and Faith was once a CPA, Realtor and currently holds a RN license. I figured that someday I would figure out what I want to do when I grow up.
