This is charming main level room was once part of the covered front porch. Wake from a peaceful nights sleep in the queen sized bed with 1,000 thread count sheets and assorted pillows. The oversized ceramic shower has a no barrier entrance, as well as, hand-held and rainmaker shower heads to create a relaxing experience. Put on a fluffy robe and enjoy the views out your windows which keep the suite bright and overlook the front yard with mature magnolias and a three tiered waterfall. Magnolia offers its own thermostat & complimentary WIFI. Handicap accessible.

Romance is in the air in this bright and cheery suite with wicker furniture in which to relax. The floral motif, king sized cream colored bed touched with rose accents and full length mirror increase the delicacy of this suite. Soak in the Jacuzzi tub with ceramic shower then pull on a robe and recline on the chaise lounge. Enjoy some television or listen to a favorite CD from the sitting area or your bed. Spruce Suite
This second story suite feels like a cozy cabin with the stone fireplace that runs from floor to ceiling and hardwood floors. A stately, 4 poster king sized bed with slightly firmer mattress then the other suites but still the fine linens creates a restful night's sleep. The bath offers double sinks and a shower with a large cabinet to keep personal items organized. The breakfast nook overlooks the yard and is a great place to start the day while reading the paper and having your coffee. Enjoy breakfast in your suite, the dining room, or front porch; whichever you choose. Complimentary WIFI.

Oak Suite
This stately main level suite was created for the king of the manor over 100 years ago, and updated with the modern conveniences of today. This suite has original hardwood floors and been decorated with rich gold and royal maroons (there are no lace doilies here). It is kept bright with the row of windows above the king size sleigh bed. Relax in the two person Jacuzzi tub with dimmed lighting, located next to the breakfast table in the main suite. Then wrap up in a robe and enjoy the glow of the fire. The ceramic bathroom is a great place to get ready with a separate toilet area, antique style

Sycamore
A Lovers Paradise. Cozy suite was just completed in 2009. It is perfect for a romantic getaway with a 2 person Jacuzzi tub situated in front of the 100yr old fireplace, all within an inglenook with chandelier overhead. The comfortable king sized bed is inviting. Lights are adjustable. Slip on a robe and head to the over sized ceramic shower with rock accents and body jets. Enjoy breakfast in your suite, front porch or dining room. Perhaps you want to spend a romantic night watching movies on the 40" flat screen tv. Suite offers a mini fridge & microwave so you never have to leave.

No matter where you choose to have your wedding this is an outstanding photo opportunity.Hilltop Manor's Oak Suite is a lover's retreat. Sink into the corner Jacuzzi tub then reminisce in front of the fireplace. Drift to sleep in the comfortable king sized bed entangled in 1000 thread count sheets and six pillow assortment. All stays include an elegantly plated breakfast each morning, the perfect way to begin the new day!
Hilltop Manor's Sycamore Suite - This is our newest suite and a perfect place for romance. Sink into the corner Jacuzzi tub with adjustable chandelier overhead and fireplace in which to gaze. The bistro table looks out to a lovely patio and the side yard. There is also a shower in the bathroom with a few body jets to relax your muscles and rejuvenate your spirit. We haven't even mentioned the comfortable, king sized bed the perfect place to enjoy a movie on the 40" flat screen television with dvd player or cuddle with your sweetie. An elegantly plated breakfast is served each morning in the suite, front porch overlooking the waterfall or dining room with antique lighting; whichever you choose.
Hilltop Manor's Sycamore Suite's Inglenook -This lovely niche includes a corner Jacuzzi for 2, with adjustable chandelier overhead and roaring fire in which to gaze. So come and enjoy this lovely lover's getaway for your next retreat.Hilltop Manor's Rose Suite Bathroom - Romance doesn't stop in the main area of the suite. The details continues into the bathroom which features the 1 1/2 person Jacuzzi tub that is combined with a shower. Ceramic tile with a heated pathway. Don't forget that all suites have fluffy bathrobes and quality linens in which to dry off and wrap up in after your relaxing soak. So come and enjoy.
Hilltop Manor's Spruce Suite - This suite feels like a cabin hideaway (even though it is part of the Manor House). Enjoy the four poster bed with ultimately comfortable mattress, wrapped in 1,000 thread count sheets and fluffy comforter. Curl up in the antique wing backed chairs and watch a movie, challenge each other at a game of scrabble or just gaze into the fireplace. The breakfast nook has an incredible view of the backyard which borders the National Park Forest. If you are an early riser you may spot some deer or wild turkeys that like to enjoy Hilltop Manor's estate.Hilltop Manor's Rose Suite - This is a bright colored romantic getaway with love birds and roses setting the mood. It features a Jacuzzi tub combined with the shower in the bath and king sized bed. There are several sitting areas and eating bistro perfect for early morning coffee.
Hilltop Manor's Front Porch - Rain or shine this is a lovely way to start you day. Enjoy your elegantly plated breakfast on the front porch which overlooks the waterfall. In the evening enjoy the sounds of the waterfall and croaking frogs that float your way. If you are quiet you may even spy a deer quenching their thirst at the waterfall. A hidden cove that many find the perfect place for their wedding. This area can accommodate 100 people for a ceremony in the midst of nature. Hilltop Manor is situated on a 5.5 acre estate which borders the National Park Forest.
The parlor is a common area open to you at all times. This is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast with the morning sun shining in through the 100+ year old bay windows that look out to the waterfall. Perhaps you wish to read a book, do a bit of work on your laptop or enjoy a game of yahtzee or scrabble; all can be done in this area. We are here so that you can relax.Hilltop Manor's Grounds - Hilltop Manor is located on a 5 acre estate which borders the National Park Forest. The grounds hold historic treasures such as rock walls, buildings and pathways; some are over 150 years old and were built when the land was a farm. This property is a cozy cove amidst the trees perfect for a quiet retreat but only 2 miles to historic downtown Hot Springs, bathhouse row, restaurants, shopping, and 3 miles to the convention center and Magic Springs / Crystal Falls.
