    Deposits are non-refundable without a 14 day notice. A $25.00 service charge will be deducted from all returned deposits. In the event we are able to re-rent your room, your deposit will be refunded less the service charge. There are no refunds of room charges if you leave prior to the departure date--you are responsible for the entire period reserved.
