You will have the option to complement the Chef’s menu with a specially selected flight of wines from the Proprietor’s wine collection. After class you can relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of Chedabucto Bay or the comfort of your luxurious room before joining the Chef in the dining room for a five course tasting menu. Manor reception room where we welcome our guests.This is the Cook Room which includes a sitting area with a velvet love seat, two antique tapestry chairs and an antique leather topped coffee table to enjoy a morning coffee and a good book or a bottle of champagne.
This is the Denys room nestled in the Manor’s third storey dormers, featuring a Queen Anne ladies writing desk for sending postcards to friends and familyThe Sable room is a wonderful retreat on the second storey overlooking the deck and gazebo and features a King bed a Regency style desk for corresponding.
