    Please note, when cancelling a reservations, a 40% of the deposit is deducted. The other 60% is refundable if the cancellation was made 7 days from the date the reservation were made. We give you up to a 6 month period to claim the deposit-credit. Should you make the cancellation after the seven (7) day period from the booking date, the full deposit is forfeited and non refundable.
