Lighthouse Room
The second largest room in the newly restored 1909 Lightkeeper's House. It overlooks the restored and working Point Cabrillo Ligbthouse, with its Third Order Fresenl Lens (blackout shades provided). This is the best room for views of winter storms surge waves and year-round sunsets. This room also features a queen size bed with luxurious linens, high quality period antiques, private bath and sitting area, and individual room temperature controls.

Pacific View Room
This room has views of the Pacific Ocean, 100-year old cypress trees, Nature Preserve, the reef that sank the Frolic (a 150-year old Gold Rush era shipwreck), and the Caspar Headlands beyond. Headlands Room
This room overlooks the Nature Preserve and offers great wildlife viewing. Deer browse, White-tailed kites swoop and hover, and Northern harriers soar right past your window. The ocean wraps around the Point Cabrillo Headlands, so the views are spectaular all the way to the village of Mendocino (two miles away). A view of the newly restored Lighthouse Inn at Point Cabrillo and Assistant Lightkeepers House (next door), and the Point Cabrillo Lighthouse.  Guests staying at the Inn enjoy a private night time tour of the Lighthouse with its working Third Order Fresnel lens, and a five-course gourmet breakfast each morning.The restored Head Lightkeeper's House serves as the new Lighthouse Inn at Point Cabrillo Light Station.  The Inn feature four rooms in the Lightkeeper's House and two Garden Cottages (handicapped accessible). All rooms and cottages have private baths, sitting areas, and view of the Pacific Ocean, coastal headlands, and 270-acre Nature Preserve.  The Nature Preserve is inhabited with an abundance of wildlife and over 50 species of coastal and inland birds.

There are two Garden Cottages (East and West) available at the Lighthouse Inn at Point Cabrillo. Each cottage is 338 sq.ft. and is located near the Head Lightkeeper's House. Both cottages are handicapped accessible, have private baths and sitting areas. The cottages have individual raidant heat controls and adjacent private patios with views of the Pacific Ocean and Nature Preserve. Coastal deer herds forage in the cottage yards at night, and coastal birds swoop and hover over the nearby Preserve.A veiw of one of the two Garden Cottages (each cottage is 338 sq.ft.) Each cottage is handicapped accessible, has a private bath, individual radiant heat controls, sitting area, and adjacent patio.
