General Information

In 1929, Bugsy Segal, the notorious Gangster got the go-ahead to build a private membership gambling resort in the mountains two hours east of Los Angeles. Owned and managed by the Chicago Syndicate, Hollywood's rich and famous were the exclusive guests who barely acknowledged Prohibition and the Depression. Restored in 1991 as a certified Historic Point of Interst, the inn features state of the art accommodations while embracing the ambiance of the past. Furnished with European antiques, there are ten guest rooms, eight with private bath, and a family unit of two rooms with one shared bath. Guests enjoy the library, art gallery, game parlour, sauna, garden hot tub, and a plentiful home-cooked breakfast. Just two hours east of Los Angeles in the mountains above San Bernardino but a world away. Five minutes from the village and lake where shopping, dining, lake tours, and other local attractions can occupy your time.

  Seven Day Cancellation Notice - 15% Cancellation fee. If canceled WITHIN 7 days of reservation, a gift certificate can be issued. No cash refund. If canceled PRIOR to 7 days before reservation, a cash refund if given, less 15% processing fee, within 30 days of cancellation.
