General Information

Relax at a Country Estate in the picturesque "Valley of the Moon," located in the heart of the Sonoma Wine Country. Birmingham Bed & Breakfast was built in 1915 as the Monroe Ranch and is now an official Historic Landmark. Guests are invited to step back into a time of grace, elegance and beauty.

Other features of the cottage include central AC/H, gas fireplace, cable TV w/CD/DVD, laundry facilities and an enclosed yard. The Monroe Cottage sleeps 5 and is the perfect accommodation for families traveling with children and pets. There is an additional charge of $10 per night per pet. Call for details.

  • Directions from airport:
    Take US Highway 101 north over the Golden Gate Bridge into Marin County. When you reach Novate, take CA-37 East approximately 8 miles. Take CA-121 north 7 miles; Infineon Raceway will be on your left. Then take Highway 12 north 1 mile to Sonoma Plaza; Highway 12 will be a left-hand turn off of CA-121. From the Plaza follow the above directions to Kenwood.
